Q: Why don’t the flowers that I ordered online look exactly like the arrangement on your website?

A: Because we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, availability can vary. We always do our best to match the design shown online; however, if a specific flower is unavailable at the time of your order, we will substitute it with a similar bloom of equal beauty, color, size, and quality to ensure your arrangement remains stunning.

 

Q: What are your shop hours?

A: Our shop is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We look forward to serving you!

 

Q: How do I care for my fresh flowers?

A: Keeping your flowers fresh is easy! Just follow these four simple steps:

  1. Trim the stems at an angle before placing them in water.

  2. Use clean water and flower food, and change the water every 2–3 days.

  3. Remove any leaves below the waterline to keep the water fresh.

  4. Place your arrangement in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.

A: Yes! We do offer same-day delivery Mon. - Fri. 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Please call us at the shop  337.643.6554 to place your same day delivery order, if you have any questions or special delivery requests—we’re happy to help make your gift arrive on time.
